RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT
A prestigious financial institution located on The Strand are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to act as the first point of contact for clients and support the team with administration.
The candidate should:

Be a person who will man the Reception and who will represent the company as the “front of house”, to meet and greet guests with professionalism and have a welcoming personality

Be someone who is looking for a varied role and is flexible in their approach to team working and an ever-changing workload

Have basic skills in Office programs – Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel

Responsibilities
-
The post reports to the Office Manager and is within the Support Team. Responsibilities will include:

Meeting and greeting guests
-
Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
-
Ordering or buying lunches
-
Keeping the kitchen on the 4th Floor clean/tidy, loading and unloading the dishwashers as necessary
-
Dealing with printing, binding and copying requests for the Team
-
Assisting in logging expenses, etc. and other admin duties
-
Entering information onto the Company’s database
-
Booking couriers and travel
-
Undertake a weekly stock check on both floors of kitchen supplies, paper, binding combs, etc.

Preparing the daily reception sheet for Security for meetings being held the following day
-
Basic document assistance, e.g. watermarking, etc.

Providing general assistance to the Support Team Training will be provided to cover all aspects detailed above
