A leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider in West Sussex / Surrey is looking for an experienced (mid-to-senior) level Key Account Manager to deliver outstanding service, growth and results. The role will report directly to Global Sales Director and will have the following key responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target and margins
- Develop new prospect accounts and programmes / projects
- Active account management
- Account plans
- Achieve targeted growth within accounts managed
- Management of enquiries, quotes and conversions
- Management of orders and forecasts
- Interface with planning, materials & operations
- Interface with all other functions
- Effective NPI from prototype, ramp to full-production
- Create and manage customer dashboards
- QBR & Customer meetings
- Active management and presentations of all customer KPI’s
Key Skills:
- Technical understanding of electronic products / industry
- Commercial awareness, sales, margins, P&L, account & customer management
- Knowledge of systems & processes
- Leadership of cross functional teams
Key Relationships:
- Customer representatives in all areas
- Programme Managers and Sales Team
- All internal departments, particularly Planning, Purchasing, Engineering (NPI), Operations and Quality.
