Stonework (Marble & Granite) Project Manager – London
Must have a Trade background
Our client specialise in the installation of stonework within the high-end residential sector.
Due to several large contract-wins, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their already successful team.
Responsibilities
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills. Attending client meeting and representing the company in a professional manner. Always delivering the highest possible standard of service to the company and the company’s clients.
- Manage the finest installed projects possible, in the most efficient way.
- Purchase consumables to deliver site works using the company purchase order system. Ensuring value for money and minimising waste.
- Developing and maintaining achievable project programmes, updating relevant stakeholders as necessary, providing regular status reports.
- Use of our CDE software to supply accurate, professional, organised information management to clients and internal departments.
- Manage project budgets.
- Responsible for accurate valuations and cost control.
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of quality on site. Overseeing in-house team. Sourcing appropriate subcontractors as necessary. Produce site reports for internal and external use.
- Ensure the areas on site are kept very clean, clear and organised.
- Comply with the Government and Company policy and procedures regarding health and safety at work. Overall responsibility for RAMS, site inductions, site safety monitoring to ensure that our site employees are safe, compliant and adhere to the highest standards of operation.
- Staff management. Ensure your working team fully understand tasks roles and responsibilities, including health and safety.

- CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, NVQ qualified.

Location
Great offices in South-West London with sites in central London and beyond.
Working hours are 7.30 - 16.30.
Office, site and home working.
£40-£50K -negotiable and dependant on experience
