Business Development Executive
Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE + Commission & 23 Days Holiday.

Connect Group has partnered with a leading MSP in Bournemouth who are looking to bring in an individual with a sales background. They are open to someone at the start or throughout their career and the salary will be based on the experience and figures you have to offer.
The role will cover the full sales cycle process from discovering the lead to negotiating and converting new sales prospects. They’re open to someone who has a cold calling background or someone who has previously been doing the full sales cycle.
Skills

Proven track record in sales, preferably as a Sales Executive

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hands-on experience with CRM software (advantageous)

In-depth understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation strategies

Ability to learn quickly and a passion for sales

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

Proactively generate new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.

Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Effectively manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

Achieve sales targets by delivering compelling product presentations and overcoming objections.

Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.

Ensure product availability to meet customer demand and support sales efforts.
