IT Analyst/Specialist Location: Bournemouth, UK Type: Full-Time On-Site

Salary: £50-60k

Are you a skilled IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft technologies? We are looking for an IT Analyst/Specialist to join our clients team and take a hands-on role in managing and maintaining their IT infrastructure at our Wimborne office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Microsoft-based systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Teams.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure services such as virtual machines, storage, and networks.
Offer training and technical support to users, ensuring efficient use of IT systems and tools.
Handle service requests through the IT Service Management tool, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, LAN/WAN networks, and related peripherals in collaboration with supporting teams.
Contribute to global security initiatives to enhance the organisation's overall security framework.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, specialising in Microsoft technologies.
Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong experience with networking, including LAN/WAN, patch management, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Familiarity with ERP systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or others would be advantageous.
Proven ability to organise workloads, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
