Job Description: The Project Team Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and engineers in the successful execution of projects. This role involves a variety of administrative, coordination, and support tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist project managers with daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams ensuring effective communication and the timely exchange of information.

Documentation: Prepare, manage, and archive project documentation such as contracts, proposals, and technical drawings, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
