Client Services Support Assistant

The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading digital media solutions agency, providing installations throughout the UK, Europe, and Australia, and working with some of the biggest brands in the UK. The company has an exciting culture, a growing workforce, and incredible opportunities to develop your career.
Your responsibility will be to work with clients daily, primarily communicating in written and spoken French. You will be dealing with multiple suppliers, contractors, and customers, so you must be able to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount, as deadlines can change quickly.
What you’ll do:
Responding to client enquiries via email.
Navigating various Content Management Systems to schedule the media advertising throughout your clients’ stores across France and Belgium.
Reviewing creative and content briefs and then working with our in-house studio to produce content for your clients’ in-store digital screens.
Liaising with suppliers and contractors to help with the organisation of digital installations.
Producing quotations for new and existing clients.
Financial administration tasks.
Answering calls from clients and troubleshooting issues over the phone
Understanding the support team / engineer’s diagnosis
Using hardware knowledge to find an appropriate alternative solution
Working with the support team or engineer onsite to reach a resolution
What you’ll need:
Excellent written and oral communication
Fluency in spoken and written French
Enthusiasm for technology and how it can help deliver value into retail organisations
Competent with IT and software data entry
Existing Client facing experience
Understanding of digital outputs, file formats and content resolutions
A creative eye and flare, an advertising passion is preferred but not essential
Attention to detail
Proficiency with Word, Excel & Power point
Demonstrate excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy paced team
A friendly and open personality, with the ability to adjust to different settings
A quick learner and team player
Flexible to meet client demands and expectations
