The Opportunity

Play a dynamic and critical role for one of the UK and Ireland’s most prestigious and exciting jewellery businesses knowing your impact matters.

You will have excellent administration experience, ideally having worked in a production, manufacturing, or engineering business supporting and liaising with numerous departments to support the smooth running of the workflows.

How you will deliver

The successful Production Administrator will be an integral part of the production team in one of the most famous businesses in the jewellery sector. You will work closely with the design and production teams supporting the creation of some of the most highly regarded collections in the sector.

Your role will be based at our client's central Liverpool location.

Your skills and experience

Working within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent Word and Excel proficiency Must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to move between roles to fulfil critical business needs Confident communication skills, including spoken and written Liaising with internal and external departments, workshops and suppliers Experience with production timeframes and workflows A high level of organisational skills and time management is vital Timeline and calendars of work management Accurate data inputting Experience of working with multi-currency Dynamic and proactive attitude Demonstrates initiative and has a commercial mindset Previous experience of Sage is preferred Previous experience within a Production/Manufacturing admin role is preferredThe successful Production Administrator candidate will play a pivotal role in the company and can look forward to an exciting career journey within the luxury goods industry.
