Sales Administrator

Location: Reading (Hybrid 3 days office - 2 days home )
Connect-IT has partnered with a tech company that provides efficient workspaces solutions for companies to increase productivity. They are a fast-paced, growing business that offers in-house training and the opportunity to grow.
The main purpose of this role is to sit within the Sales support team to bridge the process between sales and operations, along with the support of the sales team.
About the role:

Handle both incoming and outgoing customer communication via phone and email, as required.

Collaborate with vendors to obtain price quotes for the sales team.

Maintain and update the company's CRM system with general customer information and the status of all quotes and tenders.

Create sales quotes for customers.

Take responsibility for addressing any issues or needs of the sales team, ensuring resolutions and follow-through on all aspects.

Address sales inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and equipment specifications.

Generate quotes for small installations that do not require project management.

Process incoming purchase orders.
Experience:

Administration and communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

Competence with standard office software systems (inc. Word and Excel)

Multitasking skills

Experience with CRM systems (1-2 years)
