A global transport company in London is looking for a Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join them . They have around 55 employees in London (around 20 in the office at any one time) and nearly 200 employees worldwide.
They aren't a 'fast paced company' rather a 'take your time and do it right', kind of company. Therefore this would suit someone who is methodical, calm and considered, a listener - who enjoys getting through a 'to-do list' and working on the detail.
Although this is office based 5 days a week, they understand sometimes things happen in which case on occasion, when needed, you can work from home. The hours can be either 9am -5.30pm or 8am -4.30pm depending on your preference.
The successful candidate will oversee the general running of the office, ordering supplies, facilities, and IT and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The EA element of the role is supporting the CFO and some ad hoc support to the wider C Suite team on rare occasion. Acting as EA to the CFO will include diary management, travel, meeting organisation, taking minutes, reporting and presentations. As well as internal and external events and dinners.
