- Full time, Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm & 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Rotational Weekly Working Hours One in Four

Comprehensive Elevator Services Ltd is an established Lift Maintenance Provider Company. We have numerous clients throughout the UK and have built our business by being customer driven and focused on providing an excellent service in all fields we cover.
We have an excellent reputation within the industry and almost all of our work has been obtained by recommendations. We are looking for a permanent, full time Junior Administrator to join our team at our office in Portsmouth.
About the Role
The role is to provide general administration support across the whole team and is an office-based role. Full training will be provided and your duties will include the following:
- Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls, inquiries and email inquiries in a professional manner
- Booking in of servicing and repairs
- Communicating with customers regarding progress and status of works
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records on the company database, including service visit recording, logging lift breakdown calls, raising repairs and closing down jobs for invoicing.
- Ensuring customer databases and portals are updated daily
- Raising and sending purchase orders for lift components to suppliers
- Filing and archiving of electronic and paper documents
- Assisting with general office duties.
- Any other duties when required to assist with the smooth running of the business
About you:
- The ideal candidate will have the following technical and job specific skills:
- Computer Literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
- Be able to demonstrate attention to detail
- Good organisational & time management skills.
- Professional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to clients' needs.
- Be a team player
- Can work independently but seeks out second opinions when required.
- Has a good work ethic
