As the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing an excellent onboarding experience for new hires. Working closely with the Global Operations Lead, Talent Acquisition Team, and various business functions, your responsibilities will include:
Raising job requisitions and following internal approval processes
Providing administrative support for new hire preparations, such as ordering equipment and applying for necessary access
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all requisition requirements are captured
Acting as a point of contact for hiring managers and liaising with relevant teamsThis role offers various development opportunities, allowing you to play a key role in the onboarding journey and work with a global recruitment team as part of an international Operations team. To excel in this position, you should have a background in recruitment/onboarding, demonstrate strong administrative skills, and be proficient in MS Office Suite and HR/recruitment systems.

Previous experience in a recruitment/onboarding environment
Effective management of complex administration activities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience using HR/recruitment systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
