Registered Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager (residential) to oversee the operations of our care home in Chorley Registered for 21 service users. The Registered Manager will have the benefit of working alongside an admin who is employed and supports with the day to day enquires and the running of the home. Registered Manager Duties:

Supervise and manage all aspects of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the deputy manager
Maintain accurate records and reports regarding resident care and facility operations
Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to protocols
Provide leadership and guidance & training to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medical care for residents
Specialise in dementia care, supporting residents with complex needs Skills:
Qualified registered manager with relevant experience in a care home setting- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Expertise in medication administration and adherence to best practices- Strong understanding of care practice including dementia care
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Ability to develop and implement person-centred care plans
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing nursing homes or assisted living facilities Benefits:
