The Role:
We are seeking our first Customer Success Manager (CSM) – a founding member who will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer success strategy. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, where you will have a direct impact on our users' success and satisfaction. As the CSM, you will be the voice of our users, ensuring they maximise the value of the HeadhuntrAI platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our users, guiding them through their journey on the HeadhuntrAI platform.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve our platform and services.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure user insights inform our development roadmap.
- Advocate for our users internally, ensuring their needs are prioritised.
- Provide onboarding and training to new users, helping them navigate and leverage the platform effectively.
- Monitor user health metrics and proactively address any issues to prevent churn.
Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to user satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
