Sales Executive Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on targeting new business opportunities using our developed sales playbook. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market reach and contributing to our ambitious revenue growth targets. The role is a hybrid role so a mix of working in the office and remotley from home as well as atteneding client meetings when required.
Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Target New Business: Identify and engage potential enterprise clients across various industries, focusing on those with growing demand for safety and management training.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, safety officers, and senior executives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential opportunities and understand client needs.
- Sales Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, including email marketing, social media such as Linkedin/Sales Navigator,outreach, and webinars.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and training teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales Executive Qualifications:

- Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety training courses (such as IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.
- Technology: Proficiency in using Microsoft products, Linkedin/Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
