Arcas Technology is partnered with a leading consultancy based in London who are currently looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their business on a permanent basis.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily IT infrastructure support across various locations, encompassing tasks such as:

Supervising existing procedures

Identifying and resolving software and hardware issues on both Mac and Windows platforms, across diverse systems and applications

Supporting workspace members with shared service inquiries

Overseeing the IT service desk (including asset inventory, change management, etc.)

Managing all tiers of support for the IT helpdesk
-
Ensuring timely software and firmware updates
-
Addressing problems related to the print, copy, and scan functions of the printing systems, guaranteeing functionality for users
Additionally, you will play a key role in:

Aiding in the rollout of new software and hardware

Ensuring that technical support and solution implementations adhere to change management procedures and best practices

Collaborating with the Head of Technology to diagnose and resolve network issues, working with our ISP to provide technical support for the LAN/WAN/VPN environment, VLAN network, and wireless network topology

Providing technical support for ad-hoc business projects (including software implementation and one-off member services)
