The Role: As a Sales Manager at AltNetEx, you will be the driving force behind our sales team’s success. Your main responsibilities include ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets, managing the relationship with our PPC lead partners, overseeing the PPC budget, handling hiring and firing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds targets.

Manage and optimise the inbound lead relationship with PPC lead partners.

Oversee and strategically allocate the PPC budget to maximise ROI.

Conduct hiring and firing processes to build a top-performing team.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.

Continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in B2C sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth understanding of PPC campaigns and lead generation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and maintaining accurate records.

Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Experience in the ISP or telecommunications sector is highly desirable.
