Job Description
The Internal Sales Executive & Administrator role is a dynamic role that involves managing the customer service inbox for all ERICO’s UK customers and suppliers, ensuring prompt and efficient responses and processing of requests. Additionally, this role supports the UK Sales team by driving sales and revenue growth through outbound calls to bronze-level customers and prospects in the UK market. The primary objective is to manage customer expectations, generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Management

Oversee the customer service inbox for UK customers and suppliers

Ensure all customer and supplier inquiries are responded to and processed promptly and efficiently

Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues
Liaison with Operations and Logistics

Regularly coordinate with the operations department to ensure adequate stock levels for customer requirements

Work closely with the logistics department to arrange timely deliveries

Ensure seamless communication between departments to meet customer demands
Sales Support and Revenue Growth

Conduct outbound calls to bronze-level customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth

Prospect potential customers in the UK market to generate new leads

Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the UK sales team

Maintain and update all customer information and interactions in the CRM system
Customer Relationship Management
Lead Generation and Qualification

Identify potential customers through market research and outbound calling

Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team

Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes
