Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week currently, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh Office.

Help us enhance customer experiences for our Asset Finance clients. You'll play a key role in delivering reliable, scalable, and feature-packed software solutions. Commercial Banking division has a rich heritage of supporting businesses and the economic prosperity of the nation, and you can make a real impact in how this is done.
As an Engineering Lead, you'll be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to our success. This is a senior leadership level role and will blend both technical expertise with a great passion for coaching and developing people, including advocating team wellbeing.
Breadth of technical understanding across software development and architecture, service operations, DevOps, and cloud.
Experience of agile development practices, DevOps pipelines, continuous integration / deployment, test automation and the E2E software development lifecycle.
Strong communication skills, dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to facilitate efficient and effective decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of collaborators.
