About this opportunity
Our mission is to help customers feel confident and in control of their finances, now and into the future. We’re building a new future for financial wellbeing, helping customers understand the big picture and making it easy for them to protect what matters. Our services are accessible for everyone, no matter what their income is or how comfortable they are with financial jargon, and we work hard to make sure we’re there for customers in the moments that matter. We’re bold and we love to experiment. We’re not afraid to try out new ways of working and we encourage teams to be flexible and adaptive.

We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative. And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups. We’re disability confident. So if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know
