Area Sales Manager – Heavy Plant, Construction Equipment

£47 - £52,500 pa OTE (= Base Salary + £10,000 Guaranteed 1st year Commission & Uncapped Ongoing earning potential)

Field-Based, East Scotland

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role:

Take responsibility for your territory and the sale of capital equipment.
Maximise profit potential on each sale and provide all necessary information to the sales support department to facilitate order processing and machine delivery.
To utilise and maintain CRM system encompassing call planning, new and existing sales opportunities, market intelligence, competitive activity and forecasting
To carry out new machine demonstrations in line with company procedure
Accurate and timely completion of all sales related documents i.e., warranty, service contracts etc

Results-driven with ambition for continued success.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, through growth of existing accounts and/or developing new business within your sales territory.
Experience in the Plant Industry is essential, preferably in heavy machinery.
A full UK Driving license.
