The Role

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's continued success. You will have full autonomy over budgeting and P&L management, ensuring the business achieves its financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant's esteemed reputation.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.

- Financial Management: Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities to drive profitability.

- Guest Experience: Cultivate an atmosphere of hospitality that exceeds guest expectations and fosters repeat business.

- Strategic Planning: Implement innovative strategies to enhance operational performance and market positioning.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and the wider community.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role within a high-end, fine dining environment in major global cities.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large team with a hands-on approach.

- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L oversight.

- Guest-Centric Focus: Passionate about delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

- Professional Presence: Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Adaptability: While international experience is advantageous, a strong background in London's hospitality scene is highly valued.
