Role Description

This is a full-time office based role .

We are looking for an ambitious Family Solicitor with a minimum 8 - 10 years PQE, to grow our family department.

The successful candidate must have experience in the following areas of family law:-

Divorce
Finances, resolving substantial wealth including properties & pensions
Cohabitation Disputes – and cohabitation agreements
Prenuptial agreements
TOLATA
Children matters

We do not offer legal aid.

We are looking for enthusiasm and ambition, alongside someone who is willing to market the Family Team and the firm and attend networking events, with a view to becoming a future director of the business.

You will have both secretarial and administration support, allowing you to focus on our clients and generating new work through networking and marketing. We use the LEAP system for client documents and accounts.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or Cilex with 8 - 10 years experience.
Ambitious and enthusiastic.
Ability to build up and expand a department.
Keen to network and market the firm.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent client care skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
