THE ROLE: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LICENCED CONVEYANCER
PQE LEVEL:- 2-3 YRS PQE

A great opportunity has arisen in our niche client law firm based in Harpenden where you will be joining a friendly team.
Our clients are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or a Licenced Conveyancer with solid property experience ideally between 2-3 yrs plus pqe to join them in their pleasant offices that are situated close to all amenities, together with free car parking.
Our clients offer bespoke services to meet their clients needs and expectations and are keen to bring someone on board who has the same desire and working ethos. You will be confident in making sure that sales, purchases and property transactions are all run as smoothly as possible.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing their own caseload with little supervision, where you will be dealing with first time buyers in purchases and new builds, together with sales of family homes etc., and there is also legal secretarial support. It is also important to have good networking skills with a chance to meet with local agents.
Salary: INRO : £35-40,000pa dep on exp
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Holidays; standard plus extra days/ bank holidays
Skills & Requirements.Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer 2-3 years solid residential conveyancing experience, although our clients will accept applications in from NQ Solicitors who have proven experience within Residential Conveyancing with up to 3 + years in this practice area and will consider also those with much more pqe to bring to this role.
