Administrative Assistant

This is an office based role in Gravesend, Kent 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the business by responding to queries in a timely manner
collaborate with other team members
Support the Brokers in the business with their admin tasks
Maintain accurate records in all tasks including populating spreadsheets and registers
Contribute to the overall success of the business by providing strong, efficient support

Skills & Knowledge

Keen eye for detail
Desire and hunger to learn and progress.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Planning, organising and prioritisation skills with effective time management
Experience of MS Office applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel etc

Person Specific

Excellent organisation skills with ability to switch quickly between tasks
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Attention to detail
Experience of working in results and deadline-based environment
Keen interest in career development and progression

This is an office based role in Gravesend, Kent 5 days a week. Salary banding £23,500 - £25,000
