The role

There are two key parts to this role

Make sure our campaigns are delivered on budget and on time
Make our clients love us even more than they already do

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
Create timelines and project plans for client deliverables
Allocate work to billable colleagues and freelancers
Host regular campaign management calls with clients
Organise and present performance reports
Interpret performance metrics and offer suggestions
Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget
Onboard new accounts and train them on our systems and processes
Host strategy meetings with clients to pitch and agree on plans

Here’s what you’ll be measured on:

Client retention and NPS
Growth of client accounts
Preventing project overspend and scope creep

You’ll report to the Account Director.

What we’re looking for

Experience: 2 years or more B2B marketing experience
Character: This is a client-facing role. You’ll need to be comfortable and confident running meetings, presenting and building relationships with senior stakeholders
Skills: A marketing qualification is good but not essential. You will need to be very comfortable using tools like Campaign Manager, Hubspot, Asana and Google Drive and have excellent written communication skills.
