We’re looking for our next Project Executive to join our small but nimble team to support our client projects. No two days are the same as we work on a variety of events including conferences, awards, VIP retreats, Parliamentary events, and experiential activations in the UK and Europe.

If you enjoy working across multiple projects with different levels of input with global organisations, this is the role for you.

You have up to one year experience of working in the industry, whether that is at a venue, in an agency setting or a corporate events team.

You pay strong attention to detail and can spot the smallest errors, whether this is in shared documents, social media copy, emails or event collateral.

You’re curious, thorough and like to ask questions. Your role will include sourcing venues and suppliers and asking the right questions to match them with your client’s needs.

You enjoy communicating with others and working directly with clients, taking pride in your professional but personable working style.

You’re creative and passionate about designing experiences and providing an exceptional attendee journey, whether that is on-site, online or via event communications.

You’re a self-starter and can work with some autonomy. You can prioritise your workload and communicate honestly with your line manager about your capacity and understanding of your assignments.
