Dean Cross Surgery is a four partner, 3 GP salaried PMS teaching practice caring for 10,000 patients with a varied demographic. Our GPs are supported by an experienced Pharmacist & Pharmacy technician, Extended Scope Physiotherapist, First Contact Physiotherapists, an active Social Prescriber, Wellbeing Coach and Bereavement Advisor together with a mental health nurse, in addition to four Advance Clinical Practitioners. Due to the combined efforts of our excellent clinical and admin teams we achieve high QOF targets, excellent patient feedback scores, and were rated ‘Good’ by CQC in our last inspection. Our clinical team have monthly meetings and daily coffee breaks together.

As well as supporting staff through our health and wellbeing programme, we offer:

£11,000 per session pa
4hr 10min sessions - 3hr patient contact (6 x 10min phone calls & 8 x 15min face to face appointments) plus 1hr 10min admin per session. You may prefer to split your clinical and non-clinical sessions differently, we are open to discussion.
6 weeks paid holiday plus bank holiday pro rata
1 week of study leave plus £200 towards courses.
