Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the training and certification processes for our team. This includes forecasting training needs, managing logistics, and ensuring all certifications are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the database for training and certification expiries.

Coordinate logistics for training sessions and liaise with the operations team.

Ensure all relevant documentation is put in place for training activities.

Manage diaries and prioritise tasks effectively.

Communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and team members.

Essential Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively within a team.

Confidence in managing logistics and coordinating with multiple departments.

Working Hours and Location: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, with working hours of either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. Based on-site in our Dawlish office every day.
