The Opportunity We are recruiting a Service Manager for our Hereford workshop. This is your chance to step into a management role, lead a skilled team of technicians, and ensure our workshop operations runs efficiently. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time and have an opportunity to grow with a company that values your potential. Your Role You’ll be at the helm of our service, maintenance, and repair operations. While this role isn’t directly hands-on working on the machines, your proactive approach will see you engaging with customers and driving the workshop’s daily operational performance. Key responsibilities include:

Optimising resources and managing daily workflow. Ensure the efficient and productive use of our workshop facilities, equipment, and technician resources.
Team Leadership. Motivate and develop a team of skilled technicians, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
Customer Relations. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our customers, exceeding expectations.
Financial Management. Drive the workshop’s KPI’s and financial objectives, ensuring profitability in line with our forecasts. Our ideal candidate
Applications are welcome from experienced Service Managers, or Workshop Service Leads or Senior Service Technicians looking to step into a management role.
A proven track record in a service workshop within the agricultural, groundcare, construction plant, commercial vehicle or plant-hire sector is expected.
You’ll live within a reasonable commute from our Hereford workshop.
