Mechanical Projects Manager - LOFTUS ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD Duties will include:

Oversee and manage mechanical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Provide technical guidance and expertise in mechanical systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Manage project risks, resolving any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and outcomes to senior management and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager - CAT A
Extensive experience in the fit-out, residential & commercial sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and requirements.
Strong track record of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and stability.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
