About the Role
You'll manage your own portfolio, reporting to a Resource Manager, and collaborate with teams like Training and People & Culture across our national resourcing group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resource requests using the tool Retain. How would you prioritise and escalate requests effectively?
- Support annual resource planning, ensuring accuracy and resolving scheduling conflicts. Can you handle complex scheduling while maintaining control?
- Update training pathways and non-client commitments in Retain, ensuring data is accurate for client and business planning. How do you ensure your data stays up to date?
- Communicate directly with client handlers to resolve resourcing issues. Are you confident in finding solutions under pressure?
- Cleanse and update data in Retain regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy. How do you maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment?
- Analyse and share resource management information on a regular basis. Can you translate data into actionable insights?
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including trainees, and work with onboarding teams to ensure smooth allocations. How would you ensure a seamless onboarding experience?
What We're Looking For
- Resource management experience, ideally in professional services/consulting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to understand and meet stakeholder needs.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting for management information.
- Proficient in multitasking, with strong organisational and administrative capabilities, including Excel.
