As a Showroom Consultant based in our Nantwich branch you’ll be responsible for:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the perfect bathroom solutions.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide design ideas and recommend suitable products. Create detailed quotes and follow up to close sales.
Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-presented, and stocked with the latest products and information.
Handle any customer enquiries, issues, or concerns with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous experience in a sales or retail environment, ideally within bathroom, kitchen, or interior design.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well within a small team to achieve sales targets and fulfill customer expectations, with flexibility to work independently when needed.
