Assistant Manager - Hospitality - Stratford-Upon-Avon - Up to £35,000 + bonus

Head Chef - Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A HEAD CHEF OR MINIMUM 2 YEARS AS A SOUS CHEF
Able to develop and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment
Communicate effectively at all levels
Planning and organising skills
Excellent attention to detail and standards
Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
Excellent commercial skills

Head Chef - Responsibilities

Dealing with fresh food
Motivating, coaching and developing the team
Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
Ensuring high food quality is maintained
Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
