Graduate Teaching Assistant Barking & Dagenham Start Date: ASAP We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Barking & Dagenham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within an Ofsted 'Outstanding' school, supporting students with a variety of needs.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will benefit from:

Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
Pay: £90-£100 per day

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant who has:

A 2:1 or 1st class degree from a leading UK university
Previous experience working with children with SEN
Strong GCSE and A-Level curriculum knowledge
Confidence in managing behaviour and delivering small group support
An enthusiastic and proactive approach to working within a school setting

Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting children both inside and outside of the classroom
Collaborating with the SEN team and other professionals to provide the best learning opportunities
Encouraging progress and helping with curriculum access
Implementing behaviour management strategies
