The Company:
A RIBA Chartered consultancy based in Nottingham, delivering cutting-edge architectural solutions across the commercial, educational, and regeneration sectors. We are currently seeking a talented Technical Architect to join their growing team and contribute to a range of exciting projects.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering detailed design and technical solutions across multiple high-profile projects. You will work closely with the design and construction teams, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards, with a strong emphasis on technical detailing, building regulations compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design process from concept through to construction.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using REVIT.
- Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Qualified Architect with a strong technical background and experience in delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in REVIT is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience working across commercial, educational, or regeneration sectors is an advantage.
