Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, who operate a group of Nursing and Residential homes across the UK is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home near Dundee.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of circa 57,000, Plus KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, great holiday structure
Our Client are known for their State of the art Care homes and their investment to staff development.
As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Managing and training staff

Package and Benefits:
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:

An annual salary starting at £57,000
A KPI-based bonus

The ideal Home Manager will have:

A nursing qualification ( Essential)
At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
A good knowledge of Ci compliance
Evidence of Good, or Very Good Ci inspections
