What Youll Do:
- Support Student Wellbeing and Independence:
Foster confidence and life skills, providing essential support for students' emotional and personal growth. - Customize Learning and Deliver Differentiated Support:
Partner with teaching teams to tailor learning materials and methods that make every lesson accessible and engaging. - Demonstrate Excellent Communication and Build Positive Connections:
Leverage strong communication skills to create a welcoming environment and maintain supportive relationships with families and carers. - Promote Academic Growth and Record Achievements:
Guide students toward personal and academic milestones, contributing insights and updates to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
What Were Looking For:
Were looking for a caring professional with a deep understanding of SEND and a passion for student support.
As a Teaching Assistant, you require:
- An enhanced Child Workforce DBS (desirable, but not essential)
- 2 years of professional references
- Hold right to work in the UK
Students, graduates or experience in childcare will benefit from our FREE training courses:
- Online PREVENT Training (CPD accredited)
- Online Level 2 Safeguarding children in schools (CPD accredited)
