As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee a 4 bedded childrens home in a rural area.
- Manage a team of 9 staff members to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the home.
- Produce, update, and monitor plans and reports.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team.
- Represent the company professionally to outside agencies and within the local community.

- Annual salary of £42,717.17 with potential bonuses up to £50,017.17.
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Occupancy Bonus: £175 per child after the first child.
- Ofsted Report Bonuses: £500 for a good report, £1000 for an outstanding report.
- Non-contributory pension (9% Employer contribution).
- Company sick pay after 6 months probation.
- On-call payments: £10 per day Monday-Friday, £50 for Saturday and Sunday.
- Enhanced sick pay: 5 days full sick pay.
The ideal Registered Manager will have:
- At least 2 years experience in the last 5 years in a relevant position.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising and managing care staff.
- Recognised social work qualifications (QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent).
- Thorough knowledge of Childrens Home legislation and Ofsted inspection requirements.
- A valid manual driving licence and own car with business insurance.
- Ability to undertake on-call duties.
