Join a passionate team dedicated to providing personalised care and educational support for two young adults with autism. Lead and inspire a small team of support staff working closely with the family and professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small care team, providing direct support and guidance
- Motivate and engage through structured, creative learning activities
- Manage behaviour challenges with positive, understanding approaches
- Collaborate with the family and specialists to enhance learning and life skills
- Champion personalised care in the home and community
Requirements:
- Experience supporting individuals with autism
- Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
- Full UK driver's licence
- Patience, calmness under pressure, and a passion for learning new skills
- NVQ Level 3 will need a qualification of some sort…
- Willingness to engage in training including PECs, TEACCH, and British Sign Language
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on skills & qualifications.

A DBS check is required; the cost will be reimbursed after successful completion of a 6-month probation.
