Private Client Solicitor

Ramsey, Cambridgeshire (PE26)

Experience

Responsibilities

drafting wills;
To ensure that all complaints are dealt with professionally, promptly and in accordance with firm policies;
To ensure that documents are completed in accordance with firm procedures;
Supervising more junior members of the team;
Powers of attorney;
Attending clients in their own environment as required;
Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation;
Assisting in the promotion, development and marketing of the Private Client department, in order to grow the practice;
Running a caseload which will involve a wide range of private client matters, acting on behalf of a range of clients;
Managing a busy caseload with limited supervision;
Providing support to existing Private Client Fee Earners and to further develop own caseload;
Dealing with all aspects of estate planning, probate and the administration of estates and trusts;
Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated;
Acting for high net worth individuals;
Advising clients with realistic and catered legal advice.
