Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home in the Shrewsbury area.

We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.

The Deputy Manager must have:

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Orequivalent)
Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
Strong staff management skills
Strong organisational skills
Good understanding about Ofsted regulations
