Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner

The role is full time (Monday to Friday) however we appreciate the importance of work / life balance and fewer days can be considered.
Main responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner:
- Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the childrens needs.
- Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
- Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
- Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.
The ideal candidate will;
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
- Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare!
- Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS Early Years Foundation Stages (desirable)

Advertised salary is reflective on someone holding a full and relevant Level 3 early years qualification. Salary is negotiable, reflecting experience and qualifications.
