Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Mould Setter Operator to join a dynamic team based in Enfield.
As an essential member of the production department, you will be responsible for the manufacture of high-quality, close tolerance injection moulded parts and components, as well as machine maintenance, to ensure the efficient production of close-tolerance injection-moulded components and assemblies for various industries.
With the continuous investment in new plant and equipment keeps them at the forefront of modern technologies and ensures they can process the widest range of engineering polymers such as PEEK, PPS, IXEF, Amodel, Fortron, Polyesters, POM, PPA, LCP, PC/ ABS Alloys as well as various PA66 and PA12 and HTN PA66.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and Operating Injection Mould machines, ranging from 12 tonnes to 650 tonnes.
- Producing high-quality, close tolerance injection moulded parts and components from a vast range of plastics, including technical engineering grade polymers.
- Manufacturing small to medium sized components up to a maximum part weight of 3kg depending on material.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week, 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime:Available and paid at x1.333hrs
