Job Description

Our client is a friendly, modern and approachable law firm specialising in various areas of law. They understand the need for providing "jargon free" legal advice, a personal service and an understanding approach. They are now looking to recruit a Property Litigator to join the team - our client will consider qualified and non qualified candidates.
THE ROLE:
You will be experienced in Property Litigation with a sound knowledge of both landlord and tenant matters;
Evictions
Liaising with bailiffs
Dealing with possession claims
County Court Proceedings
Ability to manage own caseload
THE CANDIDATE:
Client focussed
Enthusiastic and proactive
Excellent interpersonal skills
Qualified or Non Qualified
