We are seeking a pro-active individual to take on the role of Contract Administrator to join the Property Operations team, providing administrative support to our Property Services teams.

About the team
The Property Operations Department (POD) provides administration support for the teams within Property Services, such as supply chain, fleet, contracted works, estates and assets, safety and compliance and complex works and surveyors.
What you'll be doing
We are seeking a highly organised and pro-active Contract Administrator to join our team based in The Maltings, Bath. Working from home is possible, but we are looking for colleagues to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
The successful Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective service contracts that provide exceptional services to our internal customers.
The successful Contract Administrator's key responsibilities will be:
- Providing high quality, customer focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing the administration of program management systems, issuing work orders and the management of contractor services across Curo.
- Managing supplier invoices, identifying discrepancies, and reviewing held invoices on a weekly basis.
- Confirm all appointments with customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
More about you
The successful Contract Administrator will ideally have some administration experience within a complex financial transactional environment, have some knowledge of using Excel with good IT skills. They should possess the following skills and experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team-orientated environment, while also being able to work independently to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Proven experience in providing high quality, customer focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong administrative skills, ideally gained within an organisation that handles large volumes of varied transactions and a complex customer base.
- Familiarity with the invoice process, and experience in reconciling statements from contractors, is advantageous.
- A methodical and organised approach to work, with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload, manage interruptions and changes and meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, especially in Excel and Word
