Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Location: Walsall
Salary: up to £70k
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
A well-established specialist electrical contractor with over 60 years in the industry now require an estimator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
Duties of an Electrical Estimator
- Estimates – Utilise industry experience, technical knowledge and estimating software.
- Tenders – Preparation and submission of accurate tender documentation
- Procurement
- Sub-contractor liaison and management.
- Cost Control – Produce budgets and cost plans.
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
- Demonstrable experience as an Estimator in a construction or engineering discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines while managing multiple projects and various stages of the process.
- Full Driving licence.
- Competency with Microsoft office applications and estimating software.
