Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

As our Engineering Supervisor, your chief role will be to orchestrate first-rate engineering maintenance and support, adhering to our objectives and financial expectations. You will inspire and guide our engineering team at the site, inculcating a culture of constant enhancement while upholding the utmost delivery standards.
Skills required for this Engineering Supervisor Role:
- A background in a comparable role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrable expertise in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams.
- Familiarity with budget oversight and alignment with KPIs.
- Proven track record in stimulating continuous improvements.
- Proficiency in English communication and IT applications.
- An optimistic outlook and a strong commitment to work.
