What Youll Do:
Create dynamic and engaging lessons:Tailor your teaching to meet the needs of Year 2 students, making learning both fun and effective.
Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment:Ensure every child feels valued and supported, fostering a positive atmosphere.
Track and support student progress:Provide insightful feedback and monitor development to help each student achieve their best.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents:Work closely with a supportive team and involved parents to ensure the best outcomes for your students.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):Essential for this role.
- Experience with primary education, especially Year 2:Previous experience will help you hit the ground running.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills:Key to maintaining a productive learning environment.
