MONDAY TO SUNDAY £18.00 - £20.00
NIGHT 0UT £45 PER NIGHT

THE ROLE

REMOVALS WORK
OFFICE MOVES
HEAVY LIFTING
LOCAL AND DISTANCE WORK
NIGHTS OUT OCCASSIONALLY AVAILABLE
LOADING AND UNLOADING WORKING AS PART OF A CREW (BETWEEN 2 - 10 CREWS)
CHECKING AND COMPLETING PAPERWORK
ENSURING LOAD IS SAFE AND SECURE
VEHICLE CHECKS
FOLLOWING EU WORKING TIME DRIVING REGULATIONS

SKILLS REQUIRED

ABILITY TO DEAL FACE TO FACE WITH CLIENTS AND HANDLE ANY INITIAL QUERIES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER
ABLE TO WORK IN A BUSY, FAST PACED DELIVERY TIME CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT
ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH GOOD TEAM PLAYER SKILLS
UPHOLDING COMPANY REPUTATION AND BEING AN AMBASSADOR OF THE COMPANY BRAND
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ABILITY TO LIAISE WITH CENTRAL OFFICE WHERE REQUIRED
BE RELIABLE AND FLEXIBLE WITH A CAN DO ATTITUDE

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

Maximum of 6 minor points
Minimum 2-year HGV 2 driving experience
Must have driven at least 180 days in the uk in the last 2 years
Have a UK driver's licence
Have valid cpc and digital tacho card
Pass working time and highway code tests
Follow all UK and working time directive laws
Good understanding of English, written and verbal
Pass a manual and written assessment
Be willing to undertake and pass a drug and alcohol test
